Parish, La., from Pulmonary Tuberculosis of 6 months duration. W. C.
Hays, attended deceased from Jul 11, 1911 to Jul 29, 1911 and last saw
him alive on Jul 28, 1911. He had lived at place of death and in the
state 12y 2m. Formerly from Houston, Texas. Buried Tab[?] G. Y.
