Mother: Wealthy Fleming born Marrietta, Oh. Died Sep 2, 1911,  7 pm,
Borlvous[?] Is. 6th , Lake Charles, Calcasieu Parish, La., of Mitral
valvular disease, broken configuration[?] of 17 days. T. H . Watkins of
Lake Charles, La. attended deceased from about Aug 15, 1911 to Sep 2,
1911. Length of residence at place of death and in state: 70m 8d.(sic)
