Charles, Calcasieu Parish, La. from pneumonia but also suffer from
pulmonary Tuberculosis. A. J. Perkins attended deceased from Sep 11,
1911 to Sep 17, 1911. Buried by undertaker: Louie Ruesto[?] [Calcasieu,
1911, v.1, #97]
