1981 Caldwell Parish High School Yearbook, Volume XVIII

IN MEMORY OF
Mr. W. P. Moore, Sr. 

Some are born great, and some achieve greatness through great desire, 
stringent efforts, and supreme dedication.  Such a person was the late W. 
P. Moore, Sr., a pioneer in the development of the educational system in 
Caldwell Parish.

Mr. Moore joined the Caldwell educational system in 1931 as principal of 
Kelly Training School.  Later, he became principal of Union Central High 
School where he successfully led and managed and guided until he became a 
member of the central office.

Mr. Moore, through his leadership, firmly implantd his footprints in the 
sands of time for graduates of Union Central and the Caldwell Parish School
System to follow.  Many did follow and have greatly achieved because of 
this dedicated leader, and these achievers attribute their successes to 
this dedication and influence.

We proudly dedicate this yearbook to the memory of PROFESSOR W. P. MOORE, 
SR.

IN APPRECIATION
Deputy Hank Boyles took Homecoming pictures during daytime and nighttime 
ceremonies.

As the '80 - '81 school year comes to a close, we, the Annual Staff of 
Caldwell Parish High School, again find ourselves in deep appreciation for 
the help and hard work shown to us by the Caldwell Parish Sheriff's 
Department.  Our many thanks cannot be expressed in words alone!

before the beginning of the school year to insure that they can make the
