C. Bridger Dead. Died at his home east of Columbia, on Friday evening, September 20th, 1912, Ingadozier C. Bridger, aged 73 years, 6 months, after an illness of only a few days. Uncle Inga, as he was commonly known by every one in this section, was a life long resident of this parish. He served throughout the war in the service of the Confederacy, and has been a prominent figure in the affairs of this parish since the close of the war. Fifty-seven years ago he married Miss Harriet Blanks, a daughter of the late R. A. Blanks, who survives him. Deceased was a prominent Mason, and was laid to rest with Masonic honors in Columbia cemetery, Saturday evening. He is survived by his wife, a grandson, Mr. J. J. Humble, and a brother, Mr. C. C. Bridger, of this town, to whom we extend sympathy in this their hour of bereavement. Additional Comments: I. C. Bridger has an undated grave marker in Columbia Hill Cemetery.
