Bridger, widow of the late Judge R. D. Bridger, died at her home in Monroe last Saturday evening, after an illness of some weeks, and was buried here Sunday in the presence of a large concourse of relatives and friends. Mrs. Bridger resided in this parish until a few years ago, when she moved to Monroe to live with her sons, who were employed in that city. She was an estimable Christian lady and has a host of friends in this section, who deeply mourn her untimely death. She is survived by three sons, Robert D., John S., and Inga Bridger, all of Monroe, and three daughters, Mrs. A. B. Butler of Monroe, Mrs. C. Butler of Shreveport, and Miss Josie Bridger of Monroe, and a brother and sister of this parish, Mr. A. P. Stuart and Mrs. M. L. Fluitt.
