Obituary:  Christopher Dale Claunch
November 1, 2003

Services for Christopher Dale Claunch, age 24, of Hebert will be
held at 2 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2003 from the chapel of
Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Glenn Gore officiating.  
Interment will follow in the Old Bethel Cemetery west of Clarks.
    
Mr. Claunch was born on June 29, 1979 in Monroe and died
Wednesday, October 29, 2003 in Hebert.
    
He was employed as a carpenter.
    
Survivors include his parents: Dale and Eva Matthews Claunch,
his fiancee' : Tequila Annette Bass and her children: Jeffrey Jade  
Bodiford and Faith Enee Bodiford, his sister: Amber Leigh Claunch
all of Hebert and his paternal grandmother: Dorothy Claunch of
Grayson.
    
Pallbearers will be Odis Ray Matthews, Jr., Bryan Matthews, 
James Johnston, Timothy Porter, Eric Miller and Joseph Battaglia.
