Obituary:  Charles Edmond Richard
April 17, 2004

Memorial services for Charles Edmond Richard, age 48
of Columbia will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 17, 2004
at the First Baptist Church in Columbia with Rev. Don Smith
and Pastor Pam Roy officiating.  
    
Mr. Richard was born in Columbia on February 6, 1956 
and died Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at his residence.
    
He was a retired ballast controller in the off-shore oil industry 
and a member of First Baptist Church in Columbia.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Juanita Ball Richard.
    
Survivors include his father and step-mother: Edmond L.
and Helen Nichols Richard of Columbia, his brother and 
sister-in-law: Dan Louis and Susie Richard, his nephew:                      
Chris Richard, his neice: Allison Richard all of Memphis,
Tn., his uncle: Donald Glenn Richard of New Orleans
and his aunts: Elaine Richard Nichols of Alexandria and Alice 
Richard Price of Buckeye.
   
 Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of services at the
First Baptist Church, 404 Church Street, Columbia, La.
