Pam Roy officiating. Interment will follow in the Dulaney Cemetery near Sikes. Mr. Dulaney was born on December 13, 1930 in Winn Parish to the union of James Howard and Marie Dunn Dulaney and died Thursday, September 30, 2004 at the Citizens Medical Center in Columbia. He was a retired deputy sheriff with the Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Department with 22 years of service. He was also a member of the Hebert United Methodist Church in Hebert. He was preceded in death by his parents: his brother: Carl Dulaney and his son-in- law: Denny Hill. Survivors include his wife: Clara Duncan Dulaney of Hebert, his son and daughter-in-law: Harold and Sharon Dulaney of Gray- son, his daughter: Kathy Dulaney Hill of Columbia, his grand- children: Jay Hill, Cody Hill, Jessica Stapleton and Ethan Dulaney, his four great-grandchildren and his sisters: Lillian D. Gregory and Bonnie D. Brown both of Columbia and Carolyn D. Herndon of Natchez, Ms. Pallbearers will be Ethan Dulaney, Cody Hill, Jay Hill, Chris Wheeler, Dixon Dulaney and Bubba Stapleton.
