Obituary:  Ernest Wayne Norrell
March 10, 2004

Services for Ernest Wayne Norrell, age 51 of Columbia will be 
held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, March 10, 2004 from the Christians
Sharing Christ Church in Clarks with Rev. Larry Adkins officiating.
Interment will follow in the Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson.
    
Mr. Norrell was born in Monroe on November 4, 1952 and died
Thursday, March 4, 2004.
    
He was a carpenter and served in the U.S. Army.
    
Survivors include his wife: Sandra Fikes Norrell of Columbia, 
his sons: Marcus Wayne Norrell, Sr. and Bradley Keith Norrell both
of Grayson, his daughter: Dianna Norrell Stapleton and her husband:
Jimmy of Grayson, his father: William Cecil "Bill" Norrell of Monroe,
his mother: Pauline Bain Miller of Columbia, his grandmother: Jessie
Leona Norrell of West Monroe, his step-daughter: Trenna Jones of
Phoenix, Ar., his daughter-in-law: Jennifer Norrell of Columbia, his 
brothers: Johnny Norrell of Columbia, James William "Billy" Norrell
of Alabama and Jerry Lee Norrell of Monroe, his grandchildren:
Ryan Stapleton, Noelle May, Marcus Wayne Norrell, Jr., and Jacob
Anthony Norrell, his step-grandchildren: Derek King, Ronald King and
James Exline.
    
Pallbearers will be John Dale Dilley, William Wheeler, Haskell 
Kraft, Dale Claunch, Tracy Smith and Jamie Perot.
