Obituary of Sidney Eubanks
The Caldwell Watchman-Progress, October 2, 1975

Funeral services for Sidney Eubanks, 90, of Lake Charles were
held at 2 p.m. Friday at Springhill Baptist Church.

Burial was in Robert's Cemetery under the direction of Riser
and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.

He was a life-long resident of Caldwell Parish and was engaged
in farming and raising livestock.  He moved to Lake Charles to 
live with a daughter a short time ago.

He died Monday night in Lake Charles after a lengthy illness.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Fred Loggins of Lake 
Charles, Mrs. Frank Balfe of Lee Vining, California, Mrs. Robert
McBroom, Valeijo, California, Mrs. Elma Eggars of Riverside, 
California; one son, Mr. D. C. Eubanks of Sulphur; one brother,
Charles Eubanks of Kelly; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-
grandchildren.
