Obituary of Nelson Humphreys
The Caldwell Watchman-Progress, August 21, 1975

Funeral services were held for Nelson H. Humphreys, age 67, of
Bogalusa, formerly of Caldwell Parish at Pools Funeral Home in
Bogalusa at 2 p.m. with burial in Bogalusa Cemetery with Rev.
Joe McClain officiating.

Mr. Humphreys died unexpectedly Thursday morning, August 14 after
a long illness.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ella Humphreys; one brother, 
Emerson Humphreys of Columbia and 3 sisters, Mrs. Cecil Head of 
Sikes, Mrs. Vera Tingle of Holum and Mrs. Ada Hudson of West 
Monroe; 1 step son and 3 step daughters.
