Obituary:  Johnny Leonard Butler
November 3, 2003

Services for Johnny Leonard Butler, age 67, of Columbia will
be held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 3, 2003 from the chapel
of Riser Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Don Smith officiating.  
Interment will follow in the Bethany Cemetery in Hebert.

Mr. Butler was born in Louisiana on March 25, 1936 and died
Saturday, November 1, 2003 at the Citizens Medical Center in
Columbia.  He was a retired carpenter.

Survivors include his wife: Lin Robinson Butler of Columbia,
his son: David Butler of West Monroe, his daughter: Jessie Leigh
Butler of Columbia, and several sisters and brothers.
