Funeral services for John W. May, 83, of Caldwell Parish, who died last 
Friday were held at 2pm Saturday at the Old Union Baptist Church with the 
Rev. J.B. Kitchingham and Rev. A.A. Calhoun in charge.

Burial follows in the church cemetery under the direction of Riser Funeral 
Home of Columbia.

Survivors are four brothers, R.I. May and D.M. May of Ward 9, J. Cooly May of 
Grayson, and S. Elmo May of Ward 5, two sisters, Mrs Onie Harper of 
Bloomfield NJ, and Mrs Dottie Simpson of Serepta LA.

His wife preceded him in death several years ago.
