Kulyk June 4, 1980 Services for John D. Kulyk, 17, were at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with the Rev. Phillip LaBorde officiating. Burial was in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson. Mr. Kulyk died Saturday in an automobile accident. He was a 1980 graduate of Caldwell Parish High School, was employed by Uncle Albert's Fried Chicken of Columbia, was a former employee of Frances' Restaurant in Columbia, and was a member of Van Dyke Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Helen Kulyk of Grayson; his father, Peter Kulyk of Detroit; two sister, Mrs. Barbara Bailey of West Monroe and Connie Kulyk of Grayson; five brothers, Robert Claerhout of Warren, Mich., Michael Kulyk of West Monroe, Kevin Kulyk of Texas, Carl Kulyk of California and Don Kulyk of Detroit; five nieces and a nephew. Palbearers were Mark Moreno, Drew Keahey, Kevin Warner, Jeff Warner, Nathan Kelly and Charles Parkerson.
