Funeral services for Lillian Ruth McKeithen May, 100, of Grayson, LA were held 
2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2007, from the sanctuary of Grayson United 
Methodist Church with Bro. Howard Hudson officiating. Interment followed in 
the Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson.

Mrs. May was born August 23, 1907, to the union of William Osee and Lois 
Pierce McKeithen and passed away Friday, November 23, 2007, at Citizens 
Medical Center in Columbia. She was a retired registered nurse for West 
Carroll Parish Public Health, a member of Grayson United Methodist Church and 
a member of the General William Carroll Chapter of the D.A.R.

Mrs. May was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Robert Lee May, 
her daughter: Emma Irene Couch May, two brothers: Rev. Jesse Pierce McKeithen 
and Judson Osee McKeithen, and three sisters: Willie Ella Johnston, Mary Jane 
Cupples, and Louisa McKeithen.

Survivors include one son: William Robert May and companion Melba Jean Nations 
of Grayson, one daughter: Ruth Marie Price and husband Sidney of Longview, TX, 
two grandsons: Robert Malone Price and David Owen Price and two great grand-
children: Jesse Malone Price and Sydney Autumn Price.
