Wichita, Kan. -- Funeral services for Joseph Myers May, 55, of Wichita, will 
be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Broadway Mortuary Chapel here with the Rev. James 
Gray officiating. Funeral services will also be held at Riser & Son Funeal 
Home chapel in Columbia at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Columbia Hills 
Cemetery. Mr. May died Saturday at his residence here after a lengthy illness. 
He was a superintendent of the Safeway Meat Processing Plant and a veteran of 
World War II.  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Theresa Ann May of Wichita; 
and two sisters, Mrs. Irby Lea Senn of Monroe, Mrs. Cecil Dale Richardson of 
Clinton. The family requests planned memorials e made to the Greater Cancer 
Fund.
