Funeral services for Mr. Waylon Thurman May, age 66, of Rt. 2, Grayson were 
held November 1 at Riser and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dewey Bass 
officiating.  Burial was in Old Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Riser 
and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.  Mr. May died October 31 at his Grayson 
residence after a brief illness.  Survivors include a son, Thurman May of West 
Monroe; a daughter, Mrs. Dianne Legg, Clarks; two brothers, Mr. Mervin Buck 
May of Eros La. And Mr. Crafton May of West Monroe; three sisters, Mrs. Doris 
Aulds of West Monroe, Mrs. Mavis Weeks of Bastrop and Mrs. Mardelle Floyd of 
West Monroe; and five grandchildren.  Pallbearers were Richard Legg, Wyman 
Winters, Charles Lee May, Skipper Carter, Ricky Ratcliff and Randy May.  
Visitation was held Sunday at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Additional Comments:
Waylon was the son of William Teller "Man" MAY and Levia Ann WHITE.
