Virgil Wilson and Dr. W. M. Causey officiating. Burial was in Columbia Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Manly died Saturday morning at the Columbia Heights Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was the widow of the late Steve H. Manly who was instrumental in creating Volman Lake at its present status. He owned and operated a small store there at the time of his death several years ago. Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Eva Cobb of Natchitoches, Mrs. Gertrude Tarver of Portland, Ore. and Mrs. Murtle Duke of Columbia; 13 grand-children and several great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tom Watts, Luther Watts, Lance Arthurs, Slim Hodges, Bob Lee and Charles Thompson. Additional Comments: Mrs. Isabelle Manly was the daughter of Seaborn Vermillion Prince and Wealthy Maria Taunton. She was born in Caldwell Parish, LA on October 29, 1886. She married Stephen H.
