V. Prince, aged 89, died on Thursday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. N. R. Dunn, in Port Arthur, Texas. He would have been 90 years old on April 18 of this year. The funeral services were held from Old Bethel church Friday afternoon at 3:30 under the direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Rev. Paul Jones, pastor of the Clarks Baptist church, was in charge of the services, assisted by Dr. G. F. Winstead of Clarks. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. V. G. Tarver of Leesville; Mrs. S. H. Manly of Riverton; Mrs. Myrtle Baldwin of Riverton; Mrs. C. V. Scribner of Crossett, Ark.; Mrs. E. L. Hampton, Jefferson City, Mo.; Mrs. O. O. Cobb of Hattiesburg, Miss.; and Mrs. N. R.
