She was 61 years of age and was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. I. D. Meredith, Sr. She was a resident of Baton Rouge. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Rabenhoist Funeral Home Chapel with services being conducted by the Rev. Shuyler M. Batson, with burial following in the Roselawn Memorial Park in Baton Rouge. Mrs. Robinson’s father was a prominent resident of this parish for many years and died in 1949. Her mother, the former Ella May, preceded him in death by four years. The deceased resided at Grayson until she married, and was a graduate of the old Grayson High School, and still has many friends and relatives who regret to hear of her death. Among immediate survivors are her husband, Coach W. T. Robinson of Baton Rouge; two sons, Dr. Thomas R. Robinson of Alexandria and John N. Robinson of Monroe; three brothers, Crafton Meredith of Monroe, Carey Meredith of Shreveport and Will Meredith of Grayson. Another brother, I. D. Meredith Jr., died a few weeks ago.
