Bill Hearn officiating. Burial followed in the Old Union Cemetery under the direction of Riser & Son Funeral Home of Columbia. Mr. Rogers died November 19th, at the St. Francis Medical Ceneter, Monroe, after a long illness. Mr. Rogers was a retired crop duster, and a veteran of WWII. Survivors include seven sons, Raylon Rogers, Wellston, Okla., Danny Rogers, Pensacola, Fla., Randy Rogers, Wadesville, Ind., Terry Rogers, Rocky Rogers, Roger Rogers, all of West Monroe, and Larry Rogers, Monroe; four daughters, Teresa Danna, Torinda Courtney, Karen Rogers, and Wanda Rogers all of West Monroe; one brother, Esley Rogers, Grayson; two sisters, Verlon Curry, Kelly, and Thelma Huffman, Winnfield. There were 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were James Coughran, Larry Coughran, Curtis Coughran, Ted Coughran, Eric Struben, and Steven Struben. Additional Comments: Earlon married Doris Elsie MAY on 7 Jun 1937 in Columbia LA. He was the son of Robert Arthur ROGERS and Hattie L. JORDAN.
