Obituary of D. A. Russell
The Caldwell Watchman-Progress, October 2, 1975

Funeral services for D. A. Russell, 88, of Olla were held at 10:30
a.m. Friday at the Urania Pentecostal Church.

Burial was in the Olla Cemetery under the direction of Riser and 
Son Funeral Home of Columbia.

Mr. Russell died Wednesday morning after a brief illness at Caldwell
Memorial Hospital.

Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Lizzie H. Russell, of Olla; a daughter,
Mrs. Ruth Garsee of Columbia; three sons, Clarence D. Russell of 
Dallas, Texas, Elbert Russell of Urania, Louie Russell of Shreveport;
18 grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
