LaVelle Crain officiating. Mrs. Stamper died Tuesday at the Columbia Heights Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. Survivors include four sons, Andrew Stamper of Columbia, J. V. Stamper of Shreveport, Ozro Stamper of Springhill and Omos Stamper of Sarepta; five daughters, Mrs. Odessa Alger of Grayson, Mrs. Frances McClary of Sarepta, Mrs. Onnie Mae Glascock of Denham Springs, Mrs. Mary Lee Smith of Longview, Texas, and Mrs. Annie Walters of West Monroe; one sister, Mrs. Mabel Ezell of Union, Miss.; 24 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
