Obituary of Gaetanol L. Salvato, December 26, 2004

Columbia, LA.
Services for Gaetanol L. Salvato, age 72 of Grayson will be held at 
11:00 AM Wednesday, December 29, 2004 from St. John's Catholic Church 
in Columbia with Father Dwight DeJesus officiating. Iley Evans will 
deliver the eulogy.

Interment with military honors will follow in the Welcome Home 
Cemetery in Grayson.

Mr. Salvato was born in Gretna on December 6, 1932 to union of Joseph 
and Lillie Constance Salvato and died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at the 
St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.

He was a retired car salesman and a member of St. John's Catholic 
Church in Columbia. He was also a veteran of the Korean Conflict having 
served in the Army and was a former member of the Monroe Kiwanis Club.

Survivors include his wife: Veronique Knight Salvato of Grayson, his 
daughter and son-in-law: Jessica Annette and Terry Wayne Cook, Jr. of 
Grayson, his grandson: Trey Cameron Cook, his brother: Lawrence Salvato 
of Gretna and his sister: Mary Roland of Gretna.

Pallbearers will be Glenn Belk, Lester Bergeron, Duncan Boyette, Kenneth 
Jackson, Ken Brockner and Iley Evans.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Riser Funeral 
Home, 7131 Hwy 165, Columbia.
