Parish of Caldwell
Clerks Office 12th District Court

To John C. Hill a Justice of the Peace or to any one othorized to celebrate 
marriages in said parish you are hereby authorized to join in marriage 
according to Law Sidney A. Lilley and Miss Mary A Claunch ther appearing no 
Lawfull Cause of Impediment to the same.
Given under my hand Seal of said Court on this 21st day of November 1867

By virtue of a license direected to me by the Clerk of the 12th District and 
Parish aforsaid I did on this the 21st day of November 1867 unite in the bonds 
of matrimony Sidney A. Lilley and Mary A. Claunch in presents of the witnesses 
who with the parties have hereto attested this act with me

M. W. Lilley {Older Brother} also became a Minister of the Gospel
