To any Judge, Justice of the Peace, or Ordained Minister of the Gospel, 
Greeting: You are hereby authorized and empowered to unite in the Bonds of
Matrimony and Holy Wedlock Mr. J.M. Kelly and Miss Arminda Shirley both 
residents of the state aforesaid, and to solemnize and celebrate said marriage
between said parties according to the laws and customs of this State, and make
your return hereof as the law directs; and this shall be your authority for so
doing.

I hereby certify that I have, on this day, in pursuance of the foregoing
