To any ordained Minister or Justice of the Peace legally authorized to 
celebrate marriages in said Parish Greetings.
You are hereby authorized to join celebrate in marriage according to Law Mr. J. 
P. Coats and Miss. Mary C. Lilley. There appearing no legal Cause of impediment 
to the Same given under my hand this 5th day of April A.D. 1866

did on this 12th day of April 1866 unite in the bonds of Matrimony Mr. John P.
