I lived in Cameron for 25 years and know a number of Wolfe's. You might 
try getting in contact with Ricky or George Wolfe of Cameron. they will 
probably be able to help you.

Nelda,
You can, if you haven't yet, found any information about the Wolfe's, 
email me at mrcurtis1@hotmail.com. I married into the family and am 
working on the genealogy. With the little information I have, you may be 
able to help me out as well.
Keep in mind, there were many many records lost during hurricane Audrey in 
1957. My wife (a Wolfe by the way) and her family survived by going to the 
courthouse. Of course, she was just a baby and doesn't recall anything; 
but, I am sure her parents can help out.

Big Lake Gospel Tabernacle is about the oldest church in our community. 
There are plans in the making to remodel and add on to this old church. 
This church is in Big Lake, Louisiana.
