HACKBERRY — The funeral for Mrs. Frieda Jackson Vincent, 53, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 25,
in First Baptist Church of Hackberry. The Rev. Frank Brown will officiate. Burial will be in
Hackberry Cemetery under the direction of Robison Funeral Home of Sulphur. Visitation is 11 a.m.-9
p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Wednesday in the church. 
Mrs. Vincent passed away Saturday, May 21, 2005, in Hackberry. She was a lifelong resident of
Hackberry. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Vincent was employed by West Calcasieu-
Cameron Hospital as a foodservice aide. 
Survivors include her husband, Melvin Vincent of Hackberry; two sons, David Vincent and Gary
Vincent, both of Slidell; one daughter, Mrs. Serina Estay of Slidell; one brother, Howard Dawes of
Sulphur; two sisters, Mrs. Carolyn Spicer of Hackberry and Mrs. Sara Dawes of Sulphur; two
grandsons; four nieces; one nephew; seven great-nieces and -nephews; and four great-great-nieces
and -nephews.
