There is no sign to indicated the Cemetery just a gate about 500 yards off the road. There used to be a sign that showed where the cemetery was located but the owner of the land had it taked down and a gate put up. Black Gum Spings Cemetery was read on Jan. 15 2000 by Kathleen Clark-Allen and Lawrence Clark and Louise Morris-Clark.
