Markham dyclk ____ proceeded to ____ins The Subjects presented for the consideration of the meeting now the following to wit; --On what terms shall the interests and shares of the said minors in certain slaves to be partitioned among the heirs of Thomas Heard decd be sold---Whether it be advisable to authorize the tutors of said minors to purchase for them, slaves at the sale to be made to effect said partition----The meeting having considered these subjects came unanimously to the conclusion and accordingly recommend that the said minors shares in said property to be sold for cash and they authorize their tutors respectively to purchase slaves for the minors they represent.
