=====Jonesville - Services for Louise Young Doughty will be at 10 a.m.
Tuesday inPleasant Grove Baptist church with the Revs. James Busby, Charles
Davis andBilly Koinn officiating.  Burial will be in Heard Cemetery,
Manifest, underdirection of Comer, Ferriday.Mrs. Doughty, 86, of Jonesville
died at 7:40 a.m. Sunday in Riverland MedicalCenter, Ferriday.She was a
native of Catahoula Parish and a member of Pleasant Grove
BaptistChurch.Survivors include three sons, Charlie Doughty of Jonesville,
and Alvin Doughtyand roy Doughty, both of Vidalia; two sisters, Jessie Dowdy
of Jonesville, andRuth Young of Monroe; five grandchildren and six great-
grandchildren.Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. today in the funeral
home and from8:30 a.m. until time of services Tuesday in the church.(Note:
Bertha Louise Young Doughty was the daughter of Edward Young and EvaM.
Hanks, born August 25, 1905 at Utility, La., married James Elbert Doughtyon
January 26, 1924 in Jena, La. - died March 22, 1992)------------------------
