David Poole officiating. Interment will follow at Aimwell Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening at Riser Funeral Home in Columbia from 6 PM to 9 PM and again Sunday morning from 9 AM until time of service. Mr. Ford was born on August 7, 1912 in Manifest to the union of Charles Nathan and Anna James Higdon Ford and passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at St. Joseph’s Nursing Home in Monroe. He attended Community Pentecostal Church in Rhinehart. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Espy Ford, his eleven siblings and grandson, Anthony Wilks. Survivors include his three daughters; Alene Free and her husband, Dennis of Olla, Marie Wilks of Monroe and Margaret Eubanks and her husband, Austin of Monroe, seven grandchildren; Sherry Posey and her husband, Russell, Patricia Creech and her husband, Doyle, Kathy Lenard and her husband, Chris, Timothy Free and his wife, Rennie, Gregory Wilks, Chris Eubanks and his wife, Bonnie and Paula Smalling and her husband, Jason, thirteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Pallbearers are Chris Eubanks, Gregory Wilks, Timothy Free, Glen Roark, Ken Roark and Clint Richey.
