Brent PeriouARNAUDVILLE - Funeral services for Mr. Brent Joseph Periou, 32,
will be held at 2 p.m.Tuesday in St. Francis Regis Catholic Church here with
burial in the church cemetery.The Rev. William Ruskoski, pastor of St.
Francis Regis Catholic Church, will conduct theservices.Mr. Periou, a native
and lifelong resident of Arnaudville, died at 10:50 a.m. Sunday, February
24,2002, in Arnaudville. He had been a carpenter in the construction
industry and was a fisherman.Survivors include: his mother, Monica Hebert of
Arnaudville; two sisters, Mona Benoit and herfiance Joey of Breaux Bridge
and Dayna Periou of Arnaudville; his maternal grandparents, Odonand Joyce
Hebert of Arnaudville; his paternal grandmother, Eliza Periou of Henderson;
and twonieces and two nephews, Joshua and Abby Benoit, and Lorre and Matthew
Periou.Mr. Periou was preceded in death by his father, Errol Periou; and his
paternal grandfather, WesleyPeriou.Visiting hours will be observed from
10:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of services in St. Francis RegisCatholic
Church.Pallbearers will be Dennis Periou, Farron Periou, Joey Benoit, Don
Hebert, Stony Hebert andKeith Wyble.Melancon Funeral Home of Arnaudville,
