Thelma Louise Rainey, age 75, died 25 May 1996 in Natchez Regional Medical
Center. She was a resident of Jonesville, La. and a native of Catahoula
Parish.  A retired registered nurse with the Catahoula Public Health
Department.  A member of Woodmen of the World and Sandy Lake Pentecostal
Church. Survivors: Sons: Douglas Rainey and Joe Purvis, both of Jonesville,
La.  Jerry Rainey of Pineville, La. and Barry Rainey of Aimwell, La.
Daughters: Iris Winegeart of Pineville, La. Doris McClure and Judy Willis,
both of Jonesville, La. Sister: Elsie Coleman of Jonesville, La. Brothers:
Gilbert Smith and Perry "Bilbo" Smith, both of Jonesville, La.  Services:
Held at 2 pm. Monday in Sandy Lake Pentecostal Church, north of  Jonesville.
Burial: Under direction of Community Memorial Funeral Home of Winnsboro, La.
in Heard Cemetery.
