Boatner Swayze, age 86, died 12 May 1996 in Alexandria, La.  He was a
resident of Jonesville, La. and was a member of Trinity Presbyterian
Church in Jonesville. He was a U.S. Military Veteran (not specific),
and served as the Catahoula Parish Clerk of Court, 1904-1944 [sic,
not possible to be 1904] Survivors:  Daughter: Ruby Nell Smith of
Jonesville, La.   Sister: Nena Lazarus of Jonesville, La.
Grandchildren, 3; Great-Grandchildren, 4. Services: Held at 2 pm.
Tuesday in Trinity Presbyterian Church with Rev. S.B. Spinks,
George Wortham & Wade Robinson officiating. Burial: Under direction
of Kinner & Stevens Funeral Home of Jena, La. in Oak Grove Cemetery,
near Rhinehart, La.  [May be in LaSalle Parish, as the boundary line
is nearby and the cemetery may on one side or the other.]
