Tullos, 79, of Manifest, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 1991, at his residence. He was a retired fireman with the Louisiana forestry Service and member of Pisgah Baptist Church. Services were held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Pisgah Baptist Church of Manifest with the Revs. K.G. Brooks, Lucian Conway, Dale Patten, and Jack Colclasure, officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove cemetery of Rhinehart under direction of Kinner and Stevens Funeral Home of Jena. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor Tullos of Manifest; two sons, Joseph Tullos of Manifest and Jimmy Tullos of Aimwell; one daughter, Evelyn Patten of Jonesville; two sisters, Laura Mae Bradford of Pineville and Betty Wilks of Manifest; 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Glynn Patten, Timbo Patten, Avery Patten, Kelby Patte, Gerald Tullos and Randy Tullos.
