Elizabeth Bowie was the granddaughter of James Bowie, FMC of Catahoula 
Parish.  This photo was taken when she was about 18 years.  Elizabeth was born 
in Catahoula Parish.  Her family soon moved to Concordia Parish.  There she 
met her soon to be husband, William Boyd.
