 October 3, 1833 - Marriage between MATTHEW R. FENTON and (SARAH) JENNET BUIE,both of Catahoula Parish, La.  Performed at the home of Reuben Jones by Jos.J. Williams, JP in the presence of Reuben Jones, David Buie and Thomas Humble.Note:  Sarah Jennett Buie was the daughter of Angus Buie.
