M. Whitehead a legally authorized Justice of the Peace in and for said Parish proceeded at E. D. Blythe in said Parish to celebrate a Marriage between T. Scott Neathery and Miss Josaphine Moore of said Parish, present and consenting to said Marriage. In Witness Whereof, I have caused the said parties to sign this act, in the presence of E. D. Blythe, T. S. Neathery, H. J. Baughman three witnesses, above the age of twenty-one years, and residing in said Parish, who were present at said Marriage, and who sign this act with the parties and me the said W. M. Not sure of Josaphine's parent's names, but I believe her father was James or Jim Moore.
