D. Christian, a resident of Ranger, Texas, and Mrs. Willie Leatherman, nee Christian, a resident of Stephenville, Texas, would, with respect, represent unto your Honorable court as follows, to-wit: 1. That Dock Christian died intestate at Stephenville, Texas, on July 6, 1926. 2. That Dock Christian, deceased, was married twice, the first time to Mrs. Josephine Christian, who died in 1903, leaving as her sole and only heirs your petitioners herein, namely, J. D. Christian, and Mrs. Willie Leatherman, nee Christian, who were born as issue of the marriage between Dock Christian and Mrs. Josephine Christian; and said Dock Christian, deceased, was married the second time to Miss Ella Turnsbow, and who died in the year 1935, and no children were born as issue of this marriage. 3. Petitioners now show that Dock Christian inherited the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Four and 16/100 ($394.16) Dollars from Mrs. Sally Greer, deceased, as shown in matter of the succession of Mrs. Sally Greer, deceased, No. 1171 Probate Docket of the records of Claiborne Parish, Louisiana, and which sum is now deposited in the State Treasurer of Louisiana, and which sum is the sole amount of money or property left by the Dock Christian, deceased. # # #
