FOSTER State of Louisiana) To the Honorable the Judge of the Third Judicial Parish of Claiborne) District Court of said State & Parish. The petition of James M. Foster, would with respect represent unto the Honorable Court that, his wife Lizzie Foster died some months since leaving the following minor children issue of their marriage viz: - Maud 13 years, Willie aged 11 years, Vassie aged 8 years and Philip aged 6 years, he shows that his wife at her death ownered right an undevided one sixth interest in her Father's estate, John Gibson deceased, and that it is necessary for your petitioner to be confirmed as Natural Tutor of his said minor children, and that an inventory be taken of said minors property. Wherefore he prays that said petitioner be confirmed as Natural Tutor and that an under Tutor be appointed and that an inventory and appraisement of said property be made and that a commission issue to Drew Ferguson clerk D. C. to make and take an inventory of said minors property. Petitioner prays for all orders necessary for costs and for general releif. Richardson & Richardson Attys. By reason of the law and the foregoing petition is ordered, that the prayer of the petition be granted, that J. M. Foster be confirmed as Natural Tutor and that Henry Taylor be appointed under Tutor, and that a commission issue as prayed for to take an inventory as of said property as prayed for.
