  We LEVI WISE, AMBROSE WISE, IVAN WISE, G. M. C. WISE,  and  G. J. WISE  do
  solemely swear that we will faithfully and  impartially delibrate and administrating the
  interest of the minors JAMES, LAFAYETTE, WILLIAM, JANE MOORE heirs of 
  DELILAH  WISE   and with reference to the sale of the property of the succession of  
  JAMES AND PARMELIA WISE   dec'd  to the best of our knowledge and belief so help us
  God 
  sworn to and subscribed before me April 7th 1865.

  Be it known that I  J. R. Ramsey Recorder in and for the parish and  state aforesaid  by
  virture of the Annexed Commission to  me directed by Ben  R. Borlerman  also of the
  District Court foresaid proceeded the 7th day  of April 1865   to  command and  hold a
  family meeting  composed of Levi   Wise   Ambrose Wise Ivan Wise  G.M. C. Wise and G.
  J. Wise  in as of minors James LaFayette William and Jane Moore heirs of Delilah Wise to
  deliberate and advise whether the interest of said minors  in the property belonging  to the
  succession of James and Parmelia Wise   shall be sold and upon what time by causing them
  to appear before me at the resident of Dr. G. J. Wise, about 18 miles northwest of the town
  of Homer in the said parish and after having qualified said persons according to law and
  they having duly delibrating on the premises they advise and reccommend that the intrest of
  said minors in said succession be sold for cash for new issue Confederate money   
  
  this above signed in presence of attesting witnesses on this the 7th day of April.
