Parish of Claiborne:

Succession of Mrs. LOU L. WISE decd   application to homoligate tutors 
a/c N .  WISE   sworn  says the amount noted in a/c $500.00 over inventory 
is correct.   The   credit of $400.00 for amt. paid on land is correct I got the 
money from my father  A. WISE,   he owed me this amount for 12 months 
before I was    married to LOU L. WISE.   I had $100.00 in cash of my 
independent money when I married LOU L. WISE, nee CARGILE  and I used 
this $100. for the community.  I owned a horse  when  I married which I swapped
for the mare on inventory  appraised $60.00   Two of the cattle in the inventory  
I owned at the time of my marriage appraised at and worth $12.50.  The eight 
head of hogs in the inventory  was my independent property  and I owned them 
when I married.   I paid the $222.00 community cotton on community debts and 
then had to pay of my own property to finish paying the debts against the 
community.  The amt in   --_____ a/c for having myself appointed tutor $21.00 
is correct, the item for $25.00 Paid J.A. Dorman for bring this a/c is correct.
The a/c for sheriff for $4.50 serving notice on under tutor is correct.  The a/c 
Guardian journal for $3.00 is correct I paid it.  The a/c $6.40 for proving up annual 
a/c is correct and I paid  the smae expenses coming to court $3.00 is correct.
