Jerush Corneilia Bonds
DEED to
R. L. Bonds

Filed Dec. 6, 1899

State of Louisiana }  Before me J. M. Henry, a Notary Public in & for the above
Parish of Claiborne}  named parish & state personally on this day came & appeared
Jerusha Corneilia Bonds of Claiborne Parish, Louisiana who declared that that for &
in consideration of the sum & price of fifty dollars $50.00 cash in hand paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged she has this day sold transfered & delivered
& does by these presents, sell, convey & deliver with a full guarrantee of title unto
R. L. Bond of the same residence all of her rights title & interest to the G. L. Bond
estate situated in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana described as follows to-wit:

      The NW 1/4 of Section 21 twenty one, Township twenty three 23, Range 8 West
      less to (2) acres in the SW corner of SW 1/4 & containing one hundred & fifty
      eight acres more or less with all improvements thereon together with all her
      peresent & future right title & interest to the following described property, 3
      head of cattle, 2 mares & 7 head of sheep.

To have & to hold unto the said R. L. Bond, his heirs & assigns forever & the said
Jerusha Corneilia Bond hereby agrees to warrant & defend the title of the property
herein conveyed unto the said R. L. Bond, his heirs and assigns forever against all
lawful claims & demans whatever.
