To DEED
W. T. Oakes

Filed May 17, 1873

State of Louisiana }  Know all me by these presents that I Aaron K. Nolen of the
Parish of Claiborne}  first part have this day sold bargained released and conveyed
unto William T. Oakes of the second part and do by these presents for and in
consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars cash to me in hand paid by William T.
Oakes of the second part do sell and convey unto William T. Oakes all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being situated in the Parish of Claiborne, State of
Louisiana know and described as follows:

      the South West 1/4 of North West 1/4 and South East fourth (1/4) of North West
      fourth (1/4) of Section sixteen (16) Township twenty-one (21) of Range four (4)
      West containing eighty (80) more or less,

to have and to hold together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging and the
said Aaron K. Nolen of the first part does by these presents warrant and defend the
titles of the above described land unto the said William T. Oakes his heirs and
assigns forever, whereof I the said Aaron K. Nolen subscribed _____ in the presence
of attesting witnesses this the 15th day of March A. D. 1873.
