Edna Pryor

     Edna A. Pryor, 66, of Haynesville, La., died Thursday, July 28, 2000 in
Haynesville.

     Survivors include her husband, William E. Pryor; two daughters, Beverly
Holland and Mary Prince; three sons, W.E. (Buddy) Pryor, Stanley Pryor and
Jonathan Pryor; a brother, J.B. Holcomb; four sisters, Lola Gardner, Peggy
Stokes, Patricia Hilburn and Charolet Harlin; eight grandchildren; and four
great-grandchildren.

     Service was 2 p.m. Sunday at Bailey Funeral home Chapel in Haynesville with
the Rev. John Nations officiating. Burial followed in New Ramah Cemetery with
Bailey Funeral Home of Haynesville in charge.

     Pallbearers were her grandsons.
