On this 4 day of June 1948, comes on to be heard the petition of Joe W. Bond 

applying for Delayed Birth Certificate. The Court finds from the affidavit of 

Petitioner and the evidence produced that said Joe W. Bond is entitled to said 

Delayed Birth Certificate. It Is Therefore Ordered by the court that the Bureau 

of Vital Statistics issue said Delayed Birth Certificate to the said Joe W. Bond.
