County of Columbia


To any Person Authorized by Law to Solemnize Marriage -- Greeting:

   You are hereby commanded, to celebrate the rite and publish the bans of matrimony
between Mr. Tom Cooper of Millerton in the Parish of Claiborne and State of
Louisiana, aged 52 years, and Mrs. Lindsey Stevens of Plainfield in the County of
Columbia and State of AR, aged 35 years, according to law, and do you officially sign
and return this License to the parties herein named.

      Witness my hand and official seal, this 12th day of Sep, 1893.
